Who we are

Soundliminal LLC, a Wyoming company trading as Sound Pro Academy ("we", "us"). Postal address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Email: a.administration@soundproacademy.com.

What these terms cover

These terms cover soundproacademy.com, the member area at app.soundproacademy.com, our community memberships, and our courses, apps and plugins. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Some things have their own terms as well: Auto-Mastering has its own terms, each plugin comes with its own licence agreement, and the 1:1 mentorship has terms sent to you before you join. Where they say something different for that product, they win.

Your account

Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in to yourself. An account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under it.

Memberships and the free trial

• Memberships are sold through our community platform, Skool, and its own terms apply to the payment.
• The Premium membership starts with 7 free days. If you do not cancel before day 7, the membership renews automatically at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time on Skool. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Membership benefits last while you are a member. Premium plugins and apps stop working when your membership ends.
• If a price changes, we tell you before it applies to your next renewal. Taxes may apply where you live.

Refunds

Payments are final. We do not give refunds, in full or in part, because the first 7 days are free and you can cancel before you pay anything.

If the law that applies to you gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, that right stays. Payments made before 5 November 2026 keep the refund terms that applied when they were made.

Onboarding call

The onboarding call is for members only, and that includes people in their free trial. It is not available to anyone who is not a member.

Plugins and apps

• Your plugin licence covers up to 3 computers that you own or control. You can free a computer at any time at app.soundproacademy.com.
• Free plugins stay free, and you may use them in your commercial music.
• Do not resell, share or publish our installers, get around the licensing, or copy or reverse-engineer our software.

Courses and live sessions

Courses, replays and cheat sheets are for your own learning. Do not re-upload, resell or share them. Live sessions can move or change, and we may update or retire any course, app or plugin.

Our material

Our software, courses, text and images belong to us or our licensors. Your music stays yours.

No promise of results

We teach and we build tools. We do not promise any result, such as a label signing, a release, or a given income. What you get depends on your own work.

No warranty

EVERYTHING WE OFFER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT ANYTHING WILL WORK WITH YOUR HOST, DAW OR SYSTEM, RUN WITHOUT ERRORS, OR SUIT ANY PURPOSE.

We owe nothing

YOU USE EVERYTHING AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE OWE YOU NOTHING FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING: A HOST, DAW OR COMPUTER CRASH OR FREEZE; LOST OR DAMAGED SESSIONS, PROJECTS, RECORDINGS OR FILES; DAMAGE TO SPEAKERS, HEADPHONES OR HEARING FROM LEVELS YOU SET; AND ANY USE THESE TERMS OR OUR DOCUMENTATION DO NOT ALLOW. KEEP YOUR OWN BACKUPS.

THIS CLAUSE APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE LAW THAT APPLIES TO YOU.

Ending

You can stop at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or end a service, without owing you anything.

Changes

If these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. If the change matters, we tell you before it applies. If you keep using our products after that, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
